Senior Sales Associate
As a Senior Sales Associate, you are a natural storyteller and a trusted advisor. You will be a leader on the floor, driving sales, building deep relationships with our VIP clients, and guiding them through the bespoke commissioning process. You understand that true luxury is about the relationship, not just the transaction.
Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate, you are the heartbeat of the store. You will welcome clients into the world of Joulax, sharing the craftsmanship and stories behind our collections. You possess a natural warmth, an eye for detail, and the drive to deliver an exceptional, pressure-free experience to everyone who walks through our doors.
Who You Are
We are looking for individuals who bring more than just a resume; we want people who bring energy, elegance, and expertise.
A Love for Luxury: You have a proven track record in luxury retail. You understand the standards, the pacing, and the discretion required to serve discerning clientele.
A Passion for Jewelry: You are fascinated by stones, metals, and design. You are eager to learn the intricacies of our collections and to share with the customers.
Emotionally Intelligent: You know how to read a room, listen deeply, and make people feel heard and valued.
A Brand Ambassador: You embody the Joulax philosophy. You represent our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and lifetime care.
Language Skills: Fluency in English, Cantonese, Mandarin is required.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and create a warm, inviting, and non-pressured environment.
- Share the unique stories, materials, and craftsmanship behind our jewelry.
- Build and maintain a clienteling book of repeat clients, VIPs, and personal networks.
- Guide clients through bespoke commissions and styling consultations.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- For the Senior role: Mentor junior staff and support the store’s operational and sales goals.
