Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel completely confident in your Joulax piece. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Rings
- Personalized & Custom made pieces
Exchanges
Exchanges are also available within the 14-day window, and can be made for a different item. Any price differences or additional shipping (local or international) will apply.
How to Return or Exchange
- Email us at hi@joulax.com to start your return or exchange.
- We’ll send instructions, including the return address.
- Ship your return and share the tracking number with us.
Once we receive and inspect your item, you’ll be notified of approval. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days, depending on your bank’s policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a repair or replacement.
