We have a 30-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused in original packaging. We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, scratched, damaged or without the original packaging. We also do not cover the cost of return shipping and is not liable for items lost during return shipping.  We are unable to accept returns for earrings due to health and hygiene reasons.

To start a return

Step 1. Contact us at, we will instruct you with the correct address to return the item within 48 hours.

Step 2: Simply post the items to the address mentioned in the return instructions.

Step 3: Please inform us the return tracking number via email, the date of shipping out the parcel must fall within 30 days return period.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return we’ll send you an email with a confirmation and approval. We will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we do not hear from you after 30 days, unfortunately we will be unable to issue a refund.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
