Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the structure or integrity of your piece, including loose or missing stones (within reasonable wear), defective clasps or closures, issues with soldering or joins, and flaws in the metal or plating not caused by wear. It applies to all Joulax pieces purchased directly from our website or in-store.

Every Joulax piece is crafted with care and designed to be worn daily, kept forever. All solid gold and diamond pieces enjoy a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, plus lifetime complimentary cleaning and inspection services. All other pieces enjoy a one-year warranty.

Like all fine jewellery, Joulax pieces experience natural wear over time. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear; accidental damage or impact; misuse or improper care; stretching, thinning, or distortion from regular use; damage caused by chemicals, perfume, lotion, or harsh environments; repairs or alterations performed by third parties; normal tarnishing or discoloration of sterling silver; or loss or theft of the piece.

Yes. If your piece is out of warranty and needs repair due to normal wear and tear or accidental damage, we’re happy to assist. Repair fees apply and will be quoted upon inspection.
