2. Products & Pricing

Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur due to screen displays and the natural characteristics of gemstones and metals.

Pricing
All prices are listed in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the sole right to update, modify, or adjust product prices, designs, and availability at any time, without prior notice.

Errors
In the event of a pricing error or inaccuracy, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Joulax. We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order for any reason
Limit quantities of any product
Require verification of payment and shipping information

Upon acceptance, we will send a confirmation email to the address provided at checkout.

4. Payment

We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

All payment information is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping & Deliveries for shipping timelines, costs, and international shipping information.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
Events outside our reasonable control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, strikes)

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our returns & exchanges for information on ready-to-ship returns, made-to-order items, and refund options.

7. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order and custom pieces are crafted specifically for you and are final sale. They are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has commenced.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemable across all Joulax collections. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift card balances do not expire unless otherwise stated. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

9. Warranty

Every Joulax piece is handcrafted with care and comes with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear
Accidental damage or impact
Misuse or improper care
Stretching, thinning, or distortion from regular use
Damage caused by chemicals or harsh environments
Repairs performed by third parties

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product designs, images, text, logos, and trademarks — is the property of Joulax and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
